It's me, it's me, it's me, your lovely cgl. haha... after such a long day, i'm still here blogging. Guess your leader is really a night owl! Today has been such a packed day...

morn: prepare for cgm
130 to 330: cgm (ya, agnes. i overshot again. haha! but cgm was great today! the presence of God! =D)
4 to 6pm: GB award ceremony. (cabbed to hougang. yes, paya lebar methodist girl is not at paya lebar. haha)
7 to 830pm: tuition with dearest ah man da!!!
9 to 11pm: meet up with sec friends. (one of my friends is leaving shanghai for a year for a work assignment!)

in between the slots were calls, smses and doing EW admin.

but a shocking news came to me at the end of day.

I met my mum on my way home. She just came back from a funeral. Her cousin, my uncle just passed away this morn. I was shocked! He was a distant relative and after my mum's description of who he is, i rem him. He is the uncle who drove bus 123 around my place. i would rem times when my family would board the bus to go TBP for weekend dinner. He would always welcome us with a big wide smile and say, " no need to pay bus fare la!" in chinese. That is the only thing i know about him. Found out from my mum that he died of heart attack. He was a great father. His eldest son who is only 18 and still schooling, is married and has a son. Being a loving father, he worked day and night for the family. AND i really mean night and day! He would take the morning shift (started at 5 plus in e morn).... rested during the lunch break and continued the other shift till midnight! He slaved so much so that his family could have a good life.... so that his son can continue to study.

Though i felt real sad when i heard of this, it will remind me of a simple but yet important fact!

I truly missed the times when I had bs with you and Jing. One of the best times with you! =)

I love the small talks that we had. Talking about anything under the sun. Thank you for your super duper willingness to always speak into your life! Love your sweet sms telling me that you love me. Yes to all, Meiting always tell me she love me! I am fortunate. Haha....

Ziyang:
Thanks for always pressing into my life. Thanks for being initiative in doing things for the cell! I believe in you! You have a great destiny!

Weijun:
You are always so willing and avail yourself to serve! I know you have been trying to press into my life more and more recently. I know! and I appreciate it greatly! NYP revival before you grad!

Christine:
Do you know that you have a special ability to connect with new friends? Cos you are always so happy-go-lucky, friendly and cheerful! That doesn't mean you dun have any prob BUT..... your pure heart and sweet spirit just overcome everything! =)

Shuyi:
A quote that descibes you: "When the times are tough, the tough gets going!" You got strength! We have grown closer this school holidays, dun we? Love you!

Guoxiang:
I love to go mad with you over little things in life. like 花樣少年少女... haha. You are truly a bright cheery sun! Thank you, dear for standing up strong for your faith! Solid la!

Your ethusiasm simply amazed me. The Larry I knew three years was totally different from the present one! Totally transformed! You are a leader in making!
