hi all is kathleen here. thursday that time i went to home visitaion at jurong west.and there was this boy's father who is very keen to to for chinese svc.so he asked me"is there chinese svc at jurong west still cos i din go for 10 years"i replied"ya still have"and he told me that he want come back to church once again.so we exchange contact number and on sunday he went for chinese svc.when pst tan do altar call that time,he ask me"i backslide for 10 years already still can receive ah?"i say to him"of course u can cos God is calling for BACKSLIDER and PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT INVITE JESUS INTO THEIR HEART.i told him that "why dun i go down with you"?he immediatley never consider just went out i went down with him put him in a cell group he was very happy.the main thing i'm talking about is a man in his fourties after backsliding for 10 years decide to give his heart back to jesus got save.his son,joseph got save in children church.the bible say's before when one is save in the house,the whole house shall get save.i believe that he can get his whole family save in no time.things will only turn out well when only we believe
just an update about myself.ever since i help out in children church,has been quite busy but i still got set aside sometime for study.sat svc at expo was great thank God everything went well.there is still one more svc at jurong west on wed.looking forward to it=)
On September 18, 2007, computer science professor Randy Pausch stepped in front of an audience of 400 people at Carnegie Mellon University to deliver a last lecture called “Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams.” With slides of his CT scans beaming out to the audience, Randy told his audience about the cancer that is devouring his pancreas and that will claim his life in a matter of months. On the stage that day, Randy was youthful, energetic, handsome, often cheerfully, darkly funny. He seemed invincible. But this was a brief moment, as he himself acknowledged. Randy’s lecture has become a phenomenon, as has the book he wrote based on the same principles, celebrating the dreams we all strive to make realities. Sadly, Randy lost his battle to pancreatic cancer on July 25th, 2008, but his legacy will continue to inspire us all, for generations to come.

I know its hard at times, especially when in my case, when I get really angry and full-headed, I tend to cast God at one side. Don't worry! I'll still continue to seek God and find myself slowly growing in the spirit and don't get all fed-up for some small tiny reasons.

When you get corrected, cop it sweet! When circumstances challenge you, keep a great attitude!
Mature people show great attitude when they're "adjusted".
The ability to accept correction is the doorway to progress.
Owning a great attitude when you're receiving instruction you don't want, is a key to growth.
If you throw tantrums, sulk, or try to "get even", you won't grow.
And you'll keep the fault that caused the problem in the first place.

I am very gek xim that my precious N82 was stolen while I was working yesterday. I kept it in a drawer and it could still be stolen.. (???) For I know that God's thoughts are always higher than our thoughts... Everything happens for a reason! I will not to be too attached to the worldly materials out there, for it shall not last and all will come to past. So well, keep a great attitude and cop it sweet! And be careful dears, learn from my lesson.. HA.
hello guys. i was just browsing through the archives and then i saw one of shuyi's post, and she posted last christmas picture. and i clicked on the picture to see the enlarged version cause i caught twinny yuannie inside the picture. and i was like "wow she look very much like me" hmmm. hahaha. well.. and then i saw someone familiar. she look pretty much like me (other than twinny yuannie). she's none other than myself!
Christmas 2006. we, the 3 sisters, just completed our O'levels that year.
i find the whole thing very amazing. i haven't recieved Christ yet that year, yet I was sitting beside weijun (who is teaching me guitar now). eh but how come i wasn't sitting in between both my sisters?! man, gonna question the both of them later. hahahaha!

I have to admit that my room isn't a very conducive place.
For those who think i did nothing to make my air conditioner works better then you are wrong. I have repaired it 3 times and spent over hundreds just on the air condition. And blame it on the slow service by Xiao Bai's Mum!! Hurry them not me!
The room isn't clean. There simply no place for me to put my stuff. haha. So all i could do is sweep the floor clean. If you want a clean room, offer yourself to help me and clean up the room too. Cause every week it is the same, you guys dont clear up the mess(hairs,Paper,bottles,,,, However is still better than last time) and i don't know why did i still lose my guitar pick which is stuck onto my guitar again despite the fact that my guitar wasnt used for cell group on saturday!!
There is no refreshments provided. Haha you pray that my dad will be in good mood then got refreshments liao. HAHA. Is time to pray?! Maybe...
Why did it resume? 1) More upcoming birthdays and lesser love offering for bday gift because of building fund. 2) May have more upcoming expenses from Christmas and special festive.
However, It will be enough for all members to contribute $1 per week instead of $2 from mature members or $1 on members.
